Raul’s Steak Diane
Married with three jumbo grilled shrimp. Served with truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus and a Champagne Béarnaise Sauce

Raul’s Chicken Oscar
Succulent chicken breast topped with warm crab salad and served with truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, finished in Hollandaise and roasted tomato sauces.

 Baby Back Ribs
A 16 ounce rack, served with sautéed sweet potato fresco, and  Bourbon barbecue sauce

Shrimp Scampi
Four jumbo shrimp served Paris Bistro style and tossed in angel hair pasta with a white wine, olive oil, garlic and tomato sauce with fresh basil.

Miso Salmon
Marinated in Miso and baked. Paired with a coconut shrimp and served with Miso sauce, snow peas, white rice.

3rd Course
